Subscription Service
Your 1-Page Starter Site is a subscription-based service that consists of a single web page, hosted on the DCS web server, and containing information and content provided by the subscriber.

Required Charges and Fees
There are no one-time fees associated with this service. Initial registration of a domain name (or a transfer of an existing domain name to the DCS Registrar) is provided at no charge, as are design, layout, and programming of the web page. Hosting of the web page is provided at the prevailing rate (currently $15 per month), subject to the payment terms listed below.

Domain Registration
Domains registered by, or transferred to, DCS shall be coded as follows: The subscriber shall be listed as the registrant (i.e. owner); DCS Websites, LLC shall be listed as the administrator; The DCS registrar service provider (currently NameSecure Inc.) shall be listed as the technical contact. Newly registered domains shall have an initial expiration period of 3 years. Transferred domains shall have their expiration period extended by one year.

Domain Renewal
DCS will send out Domain Renewal notices at least 3 months prior to expiration. Domain renewals will be subject to the charges and fees as listed on the DCS Website (www.dcswebs.com).

Content Changes
Minor changes to the layout or content of the web page can be requested in writing by the subscriber. Changes requested during the first 7 days following initial publication of the web page, and agreed to by DCS, will be provided free of charge. All other change requests will be billed at the DCS standard rate (currently $60 per hour). Time spent on each maintenance request will be rounded up to the next 15-minute increment for billing purposes.

Payment Terms
a. Hosting fees will be billed on a quarterly basis, in advance, and will be automatically renewed for each subsequent quarter, unless cancelled by subscriber in writing.
b. Hosting charges shall commence upon publication of the web page to the DCS webs server.  The initial payment will be invoiced and considered due at that time.
c. The initial amount due will be equal to the prevailing rate multiplied by the number of months (or portion thereof) remaining in the current calendar quarter.
d. Hosting services may be terminated at any time, by either party, by providing 30-day advanced written notice.  No refunds will be provided if terminated by subscriber.
e. All invoices are due upon receipt.  Delinquent bills will be assessed a $25.00 charge if payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date.  DCS reserves the right to suspend the hosting account of subscribers with invoices greater than 60 days overdue.
f. Payment shall be by cash, check, or money order, in US dollars, payable to “DCS Websites, LLC”.

Price Changes
Hosting price increases and changes to the DCS standard rate require a 30-day advance written notice by DCS.

Service Upgrades
Subscribers wishing to upgrade to a full-scale, multiple-page website, will receive a discount in an amount equal to the lesser of: $150, or; the total of all prior payments made as part of this subscription. The discount can only be applied toward the one-time charges associated with a properly executed Professional Services Contract between DCS Websites, LLC and the subscriber. To be eligible for the discount, subscriber must also upgrade their DCS hosting plan.
